In advance of the scheduled date of the photo shoot we will talk about how your employees will look in the photos (confident, friendly, tough, helpful, etc.).
We will also discuss the schedule for the day(s), what people should wear, etc. We will decide whether to bring in a make-up artist or if your employees will be responsible for their own hair and make-up.
You should meet with your employees to talk about the goals of the photos. Your employees represent the company and are part of your brand. Your brand is important and your employees are part of that. Your employees need to be ready to step up and represent! Let them know the look we’re going for.
We’ll talk about where the studio will set up (typically an empty conference room with the tables/chairs removed). We can also set up on location for more of an environmental shot – maybe your lobby with part of your logo in the background. There’s lots of options. The point is, we’ll work through all the logistics of the shoot.
